Rick is a Senior Technical Product Manager with experience in Commercial Payments, serving in Product, Implementations, Operations, and Technology groups. Rick has experience in a wide variety of downstream business models, designing Accounting and Expensing web systems, data file management best practices, and Operational workflow processes. He tailors internal and external training programs to ensure that staff understand the background of a payments process, and why certain details are critical for their success.

Karen is a highly motivated, goal oriented financial services professional supporting Corporate and Retail banking and lending. Her experience includes processing systems management, credit underwriting, customer service management, corporate account implementations, decision systems management, vendor management and risk management with specialized focus in commercial processor operating systems conversions.

With a passion for driving business growth and customer satisfaction, Kyle brings a wealth of experience in project management and client engagement to the table. He formerly served as an engagement manager for dozens of conversions at a major platform processor for years. In addition to leading projects, Kyle works closely with teams of project managers, analysts, and technical experts to coordinate activities and align project outcomes with client expectations. Kyle offers expertise to both internal and external stakeholders on a broader scale, and collaboration is at the core of Kyle's approach. By deeply understanding clients' business objectives, he crafts tailored solutions to address their unique needs, fostering strong working relationships and strategic partnerships along the way. Jamie is a seasoned business consultant with a track record spanning over 25 years within the Financial Services Industry. With a strong specialization in Payments and Credit Cards, Jamie has consistently demonstrated her expertise in software design and delivery, positioning herself as a lead contributor and a driving force for innovation. Throughout her career, Jamie has consistently demonstrated an unwavering commitment to driving technological innovation, optimizing client experiences, and contributing to the success of her teams and organizations.

LeAnn is an experienced Commercial Payments professional with over 20 years of managing and implementing clients from mid-market to Fortune 500 corporations. She has a solid understanding of the Commercial Cards Industry, its automation, regulations, and future direction.  LeAnn enjoys describing and implementing best practices, defined as best in class for client size and industry, most efficient, and easiest for clients to self-service. She is adept at understanding and explaining technology in both technical terms and common language. LeAnn has a long history of consultative change management and program adoption.  She focuses on emphasizing streamlined, efficient processes.  She is historically involved in assisting clients (issuers and commercial card clients) in the early adoption of new product and technology offerings.

Chad is a highly experienced payments industry professional with more than 20 portfolio conversions and end-to-end SME knowledge of payment card processing in markets worldwide. His expertise in ensuring that clients are prepared to engage in conversion projects, his experience in gathering requirements, identifying and analyzing functional gaps, and his ability to lead cross-functional teams has delighted clients with innumerable, innovative, and revenue-conscious solutions, including both non-development and development alternatives.

Kim is an experienced implementation consultant with an over 19-year record of success driving system integrations, client consulting, and customer service delivery of payment processing systems.  She has vast expertise in the pricing and features modules of payment processors.  Kim has finely honed her leadership, organizational and project management skills which allow her to communicate and collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders at all levels.  She encompasses the equal ability to perform autonomously as a team lead and as a supportive team player.

Donna is an accomplished business professional with over 35 years of Travel & Commercial Card experience, specializing in Government, Corporate, and Department of Defense card contracts, program analysis, customer service, training, instructional design, and program management.  Donna also has an extensive understanding of the Department of Defense travel card program as she was part of the team who managed the program consisting of 2.5 million cardholders.  Donna is a lover of books and jigsaw puzzles, enjoys spending her leisure time immersed in reading or solving complex puzzles, reflecting their keen analytical skills and attention to detail.

Shannon has been in the credit card industry for 26 years, including 24 years with the largest transaction processor globally. Shannon has assisted and trained major banks and organizations with their card portfolios. Shannon has also led product enhancements, pricing campaigns, launched rewards platforms, and performed many other card product enhancements. Having honed her skills at industry giants like TSYS and Fiserv, Rachel specializes in Real-Time authorization processing and Card Management. Her proficiency in crafting effective credit risk strategies ensures optimal outcomes for clients. With a knack for project and product management, Rachel drives success in even the most challenging ventures. Known for her adept vendor management skills, she fosters strong relationships to achieve collective goals. Rachel's extensive implementation experience spans the globe, providing her with a comprehensive understanding of diverse markets and their unique needs.

Martha brings 26 years of experience in the financial service industry, combining solution design, development, and implementation, software and configuration, training material development and delivery, project management and project leadership. She has extensive business knowledge including credit bureaus, credit and data processing, account management, and attribute development. Martha’s experience includes working as the lead senior engineer responsible for implementing and maintaining application processing systems, including workflow changes, configuration, strategy changes, data sources, and attributes.

Stephen has been in the Fintech industry for 15 years with a focus in the implementation space. He’s completed implementations for check and card machines, government services (EBT/SNAP, WIC, etc), and large scale credit card implementations, both to and from all the major platform processors in the industry.
